Sedona Property Management is the red rock country practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage. The family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020, and the Verde Valley connection is personal — our roots are in Cornville and Sedona.
That matters more here than almost anywhere. Sedona requires a local emergency contact for short-term rentals who can physically respond — and beyond the rule, a guest problem at ten at night is not something a Phoenix call center solves. Distance shows immediately in this market.
We manage across thirty-plus Arizona markets, but Sedona and the Verde Valley are not an outpost for us. This is where the family is from.
We joined the Greater Verde Valley Chamber of Commerce because this region is home and a meaningful share of our management sits here. We are also members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber, which covers the rest of the business.
